Hello here! My name is Teni. I currently live in Denton, TX, but I have lived in a lot of places.
I love math and science, but I definitely prefer math. So if you need help with math, please feel free to contact me.
I have been a tutor for about 4 years, and I love helping people by sharing my knowledge, and learning even more while teaching.
Another thing I do apart from math is sports including weightlifting and volleyball mainly.
I will help students achieve their goals by being patient and understanding, keeping up with their pace, helping them build confidence, and pushing them to do more. I trust that this will encourage students to want to learn more. This is what drives me to want to teach.

Get to know basic information about them, how they work, and what level their understanding of the subject is at. This helps the tutor-student relationship, by letting the teacher know what pace to go with, and how best to tutor this student.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You wouldn't know how good or bad they are until they start teaching you, life itself is a risk. So risk the first one, or whatever number you're at, let it be a match with your budget, and see where it goes.
