All students of all skill levels and abilities are worthy of being able to enjoy learning and I tailor my approach to each student with their capabilities and interests in mind to achieve the most for them that I can while raising their confidence in the classroom.
I love getting a student involved in their studies in a way that doesn't make them a chore or feel useless! I enjoy relating practical applications of skills as well as getting to incorporate my students interests in whatever we are pursuing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I assess what the student needs from their or their guardians initial information. Then I take the time to speak with the student about their progress so far, their strengths and weaknesses, and out of classroom likes and dislikes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold two bachelor's degrees with a great deal of experience in reading, writing, analysation, and development. While in college, I would frequently tutor my classmates and assist them with projects and papers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My price depends on length of one session and sessions per week.
How did you get started teaching?
I always strive to help my fellow classmates and from that I was recommended to move to tutoring .
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly high school and younger, but am willing to work with any student if I assess I can accurately assist them .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My family and I have only recently moved to the area from over 1500 miles away and we are loving it!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your teacher can present off-the-cuff knowledge about their subject, are interested in how you learn and how to cater to that, as well as willing to put in the work on making lesson plans and planning for materials.
