Math Tutoring

Math is fun and reminds me of puzzles. I thoroughly enjoy problem solving and helping others. Currently I teach math to 46 students at a public elementary school so my schedule is evenings only unless someone requests a weekend. Also, I plan for my sessions the same way I plan for my actual lesson plans so I put a lot of though into it to make the session flow and fun. I don't believe in the standard, question by question tutoring sessions. I try to make the session more enjoyable and entertaining so it does not feel like a chore for the students. I recognize that everyone is an individual so I like to meet my students ahead of time prior t...
