What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get to know the student first, and then know the struggles he/she may have. Then I will find the best way to help the student to understand the subjects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a classroom assistant at McCornack Elementary School, I assist the teachers in teaching all day, and I lead small groups for different games, and I teach chinese lessons to the kids. I also correct their assignments as well as correcting their writings. I help the teacher to write notes on the dry erase board. Being a teaching assistant has been my job for three years at least.
