I am a High School Honors Student. I love helping people not only understand what they are learning, but excel in it! I am very comfortable in all middle school and elementary school subjects! I placed 8th in Oregon in the DECA principles of marketing category, and 12th in entrepreneurship. I love to read and write! I had straight A'a in all of Elementary and Middle School, and a 3.7 in High School (One B was in PE and the other in Geometry). I have always been the person you go to when you need help with your work.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to hear what they know, then I'll go through and fill in any holes that are missing. After that I like to make a step by step process for them to remember how to do it. If a step by step process isn't optimal I like to play memorization games and make connections to things they already know to make it easier to remember.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had straight A's through elementary and middle school, and a 3.7 freshman year of high school. (I had a B in PE and a B+ in Geometry) I placed 8th in Oregon for the Primciples of Marketing section of DECA, and 12th in Entrepreneurship. I was an outstanding freshman in business! I've gotten an American Legion Honorable mention award, multiple academic excellence awards, multiple student of the month awards, won a few school wide spelling bees, and have gone in to place at districts!

No, I know that right now times are crazy with COVID, so not everyone has much expendable cash. I'll have a price I'd like to get, but feel free to reach out to me and I'll be happy to accommodate! If you can't pay for a lesson after it's already done that's okay, view it as a present from me and to have another one you'll have to pay for the one you missed!
How did you get started teaching?
I have always been that person that you go to when you need help. I've really enjoyed helping people, and have had a lot of experience with it!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students who have had ADHD, dyslexia, bad home environments, and people who have given up on themselves.
