About
There are four primary reasons my service stands out:
1) I teach at highly affordable rates that are lower than most if not all other tutors.
2) I explain every concept in a simple, straightforward, and understandable manner. We all hate the long textbook explanations and confusing technical definitions.
3) I have extensive experience tutoring students to the highest level of achievement. My students have achieved perfect ACT and AP scores, have qualified as national merit semi-finalists, and have been accepted into Ivy League universities and other top schools such as the University of Michigan and Purdue University.
4) I've taken college level courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Calculus, and have achieved a near-perfect score on my ACT.
I love to help students finally understand a concept and feel confident in their knowledge about it. I will never teach to the bare minimum; I ensure that every student I work with leaves feeling ready to tackle any test or class related to that material.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first ask them to provide any details about what class they're taking, what specific topics they need help on, or any other details they can provide. Many times, students aren't sure of specific topics and would rather just have general help, so if that is the case, I will take initiative to work from the bottom up on every chapter the student currently needs to learn.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken the highest level AP Calculus classes along with higher-level Calculus at college, including Differential Equations and Multivariable Calculus.
Additionally, I've taken AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics 1 and 2, along with Intoductory Biology and Chemistry at an Ivy League university and have achieved an A in every class.
I have achieved a near-perfect score on the ACT and a 5 on nearly every AP test I've taken.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I generally charge 30 to 40 dollars per hour, but this price may be higher or lower depending on the complexity of topics that the student needs help with and also the amount of additional aid required from me such as if the student would like me to build a lesson plan for their independent study.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started as a volunteer, helping friends and family who needed assistance in Calculus classes. After enjoying teaching them and realizing that I could use my ability to teach to impact far more people, I started tutoring other students more frequently which brought me to where I am today.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with high school and college students, teaching classes anywhere from fundamental arithmetic to college algebra to AP Calculus. Students I've tutored have gotten accepted to top-tier universities such as the University of Pennsylvania, University of Michigan, and Purdue University.
In terms of scores, my students have achieved perfect scores on their ACTs along with 4s and 5s on AP tests. Nearly every student I've worked with has achieved an A in their respective class.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This spring, a student I tutored was accepted to the University of Pennsylvania, one of the nations top ivy league schools. Seeing the degree to which I was able to help him and seeing him achieve his dreams was one of the best feelings I've experienced.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Many tutors have experience teaching, but the most important quality of a tutor is that they've been through the class or have taken the test you're preparing for and have achieved a high score, because firsthand experience is often the best way to learn enough to teach someone else.
