I have taught Algebra 1 for 10 years, Geometry for 1 year and honors Algebra 2 for 2 years in the high school setting here in Ohio. I have experience working with students who struggle with math during my 5 years of teaching Applied Algebra 1. I like leading a student to their own understanding by asking questions instead of giving answers. I also enjoy getting to know the whole student in order to relate the material or concept to them to help the student relate.
