What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is to know your student. The needs of the student in particular and their way of studying. Each student is different in my opinion and hence working according to their preference gives the best result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been tutoring students ever since I graduated High school. Currently I'm pursuing a masters in material science and engineering. And I worked as a teaching assistant.

It depends on the complexity of the subject.
How did you get started teaching?
I started of helping a few of my classmates in free time. And ended up tutoring their siblings. This gave me the idea of statrting a tutring service in my hometown. Once I moved to college I was a Teachiong Assistant.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all age groups and students with special needs. I do math, science for high school students. Algebra and Chemistry for College students
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
In my opinion they shouldn't think too much. Sometimes thuis would hinder the students from communicating with the teacher.
