Tutor 4 Success

Good day. I have been an educator for 27 years. I have my master's degree that allows me to teach elementary and middle school. My core subject are ELA along with math. I have also been a tutor at the school I'm employed for more than 10 years. I love every minute of being in the classroom and see a student grasp a concept they had difficulty with.

I believe I have been successful is that I know each child is different, they learn differently and want to be respected. I meet them where ther are and let them know we're in this together. We cannot get to the top of the mount by a giant leap but one step at a time and that's how we will navigate our sessions.

I use multiple devices even the internet which can breakdown a concept. Even with this, I still have research and find the media to use.

My only preference is that I do it remotely. 8ve been doing remote tutoring for the past 4 years. We can use WhatsApp. My student love this or zoom. In this day and age, this is where my comfort level lies.
