About

I have over 10 years of experience in classrooms grades Pre-K through 9 and am a middle school math and science teacher. I also have experience teaching and tutoring remotely via zoom.

Witnessing a student or client have an "ah-ha" moment (where everything clicks) and all of their hard work pays off is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching and tutoring.

Jenna worked well with my daughter to help her keep up with the pace of her honors Algebra class. We really appreciated her patience and how much she helped me daughters confidence to grow.

    Frequently asked questions

First I like to get to see what the student is capable of doing without help. Next I will talk to the student out load and problem solve the work together, based on their needs.

I am a 7th grade math/8th grade science teacher. I have been a 6-8th grade math/science teacher for 8 years, and I have experience in grades Pre-K - 9th grade. I also have over 15 years of tutoring experience.

    Hourly rate.

I have always wanted to be a teacher and made my dream a reality.

I have worked with students from ages 3-15. I have over 10 years classroom experience with students on IEPs and 504s. I have tutored students in math, and assisted with work completion in all subjects (elementary through high school).

I recently raised money and rode 30 miles on a bicyle for Parkinson's diease. This is special to me because both my and my husband's family are affected by Parkinson's.

To find a teacher that they mesh well with, that understands the way they learn, is patient with them, and makes learning fun.

What areas do they need the most help with? What kind of learner are you? Do you prefer to write things down or talk things out loud?
