About
I look at tutoring as an opportunity to help others develop confidence in themselves through a series of small wins. I take time to really understand the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and use a gentle and encouraging approach to help them capitalize on their strengths and overcome obstacles. I believe we all want to learn, the material just needs to be presented in a fun and interesting way.
I feel grateful to be able to help another person and share my knowledge with them. I find it very rewarding to see them build self-esteem and make progress. Those little 'aha' moments when the neurons start connecting are exciting and energetic.
