I have been told that I am great at making the complicated and difficult easy to understand and comprehend. I am irreverent, sarcastic, and wacky. I like to 'torture' my students while making learning fun. However, I insist that my students work independently and exhaust all options before trying to use me as a crutch just because 'I can make it easy'.
Currently, I tutor middle school mathematics, high school mathematics (Math 1, Math 2, Math 3, algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, math analysis, algebra/trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus), college prep (SAT math, college placement math test prep), ASVAB math prep, and college math (college math

I am great with differentiating; I have taught Students whose first language is not English, EC students, and AIG students. My forte is being able to explain in many, many different ways to make sure students understand. I have taught for 9 years and absolutely love it!

I look at tutoring as an opportunity to help others develop confidence in themselves through a series of small wins. I take time to really understand the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and use a gentle and encouraging approach to help them capitalize on their strengths and overcome obstacles. I believe we all want to learn, the material just needs to be presented in a fun and interesting way.
Though there are other competitors in the industry that offers tutoring services, we are distinct, and we are all about promoting academic success. We are committed to providing stress-free tuition that is tailored to your needs! At the Brainstream Tutoring, we are passionate about teaching your child to embrace a love of learning and live their best life by offering exceptional and effective academic support in various subjects to improve educational achievement.
