I grew up in Wilmington and found my way to Stanford from Hoggard High with the help of a twin sister who challenged me academically.
All kids are capable of excelling if you're willing to teach them in their language. I want to help NC kids flourish!
I like seeing children become confident in subjects that used to bring them grief.

He didnt fall for my daughters trick of playing dumb until the tutor gave her the answer. After a few sessions in a war of the wills with her she decided that doing the problems was the easiest way forward. Math has gone from her mortal enemy to her friend.
