Krysta G.

Ease of access, flexibility and variety of subjects that could be covered by tutor. She is able to connect with students in a unique way that is engaging. With so many children working remotely, they can easily become frustrated and discouraged. Her strong curricular knowledge, combined with her positive, motivating mindset, helped my child feel successful as she worked through the material. I highly recommend her.

I tutoring in college, taught 3rd grade, and I am currently teaching remote learning classes.

Typically, I charge $25. I have a passion for working with underreresented, marginalized, and under-served families, so I have offered my services at discounted prices.

I started teaching because growing up, I did not see myself represented in the classroom. I wanted, and continue to strive,  to be the person I needed with I was in school.

I have worked with students identified as struggling readers, high achieving students, and students with learning differences. In terms of age, I have worked with pre-K through grade 6.
