I enjoy 1 on 1 tutoring. I learn what teaching style works best for each person. I enjoy breaking concepts down to simplest forms.
What I love most about what I do is when the light bulb goes off in the head. When those I tutuor fully understand a concept and no longer have that mental block. I love seeing children excited that they accomploshed somethibg that was initially challenging or appeared to be immpossible for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with a new student on the first day I try to get to know my student. I work on building a trust level with them and open communication. Having them understand im here to help them and not attack them. We go over material they are not comfortable with that they are currently working on. If there is past material that needs to be reviewed we talk about that as well. Before we end we make a plan for the next visit, talk about what went well amd what we can work to improve.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be patient. You will find the right tutor who is a good fit for you and your success.
