About
I am a college student studying in criminal justice majoring in forensic science and psychology and have tutored a few students and family members around me in mathematics as well as other subjects. It is one of my strong suits and based on my aid i have helped multiple people report back great grades and a better understanding of the topic itself . I obtain two associate degrees in Associates in Arts as well as Criminal Justice Technology & Forensic Science as well as a high school diploma .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would say that my teaching method revolves around individuals who may or may not already have a vivid understanding of math itself . I don't basically judge based off whether or not a student or individual understands the concepts they are learning but find comfort and pleasure out of aiding people . How i teach would be to first figure out what the individual prior already knows about the subject and expand from on . As long as they have a basis it then makes it easier for both parties to succeed .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In both of my degrees as well as the career path i have chosen math a key concept that is predominant . I have taken common elementary math all the way to trigonometry within my early highschool years and it it just something that came easy to me and something i enjoy . Without math i wouldnt be able to pursue a high career within the forensic field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge by the hour and depending on the level or skill of math the price would range . 10$ for any level of math under Algebra and for Algebra 1 and higher 15$ an hour .
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages initially as something of assistance and just to help others ranging from eleentary kids to even college students whom i still take classes with now .
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I advise you to hire someone you wouldnt feel intimidated by this should be a care free zone as a way to feel though you are not judged and i believe that i can make students feel comfortable when helping them as i am not a judgeful person who would be down their necks for getting an answer incorrect but to help them learn from it .
