What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I typically gauge where my students are and look for how I can help my students best. Sometimes, with adult students, they know exactly where they are having issues and just need specific guidance. Other times, students don't know where to start with their misconceptions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching/tutoring mathematics for over 15 years. I specialize in middle school to high school math, college algebra, and statistics. I am certified in mathmathics for the state of north carolina.
