That Engineering Girl

I am passionate about promoting STEM education, increasing STEM diversity, and improving the learning experiences of all students. Everyone can tackle difficult subjects when given the tools and confidence to succeed. I enjoy helping with various levels and areas of mathematics, science, and general study skills.

In college I studied mechanical engineering and I am now pursuing a career in the construction industry. I presently work in healthcare preconstruction with an emphasis on mechanical systems. In addition to my day job I tutor becasue I enjoy teaching and hope to be a positive influence in the lives of students.
