As a 19 year old college student studying to become a dentist, I'm fully immersed in, and dedicated to education. I'm very passionate in mathematics, and I want to foster passion in others as well, along with helping earn desirable grades. I've completed through calculus II, and profficient in all high school and college math, up to calc II (everything except stats). I've tutored multiple kids in the following courses: algebra I, algebra II, geometry, and calculus.
Brendan made Algerbra 2 and Precalculus go over very smoothly for me. He explained everything at a pace that worked for me. Furthermore, he was very patient and never made me feel bad about asking questions.
I will get to know the student on a personal level, and understand how they approach the subject at hand. Then, I will suggest how they should alter their study habits and practices to furhter their success outside of tutoring sessions. During each session, I will first find out the professor or teacher wants the student to know, and utilize practice problems to achieve profficiency, while teaching methods and techniques I would use to simplify the material.

I do not, and I'm quite flexible. Going rate for college level tutoring is $50/hr, but I will charge a fraction of that, and an even lower amount for lesser demanding courses like middle school or high school.
I began helping classmates in AP calculus, and realized I really enjoyed it, and it was something I found myself very good at.
Everyone from middle school, to freshman in college.
