I am a self motivated individual that grew up with a passion for math. I developed my own ways and techniques to breakdown sophisticated math concepts and make them easy to understand and learn.
Throughout my engineering career I always shapened the saw by keeping my brain engaged in solving mathematical problems using the scientific method which I discovered to be the most effective and efficient approach to learning and understanding math.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will spend the first 2 sessions figuring out the level of the student by giving them problems to solve asking them to document their logic step by step.
After that I identify where the student is struggling and I focus on explaining and training him/her to overcome this roadblock
