I am a retired engineer with a Ph.D. and a mother of two. I have been tutoring for more than 5 years in person and online, both for academics and test prep. I love math and am passionate about making it accessible to everyone. Ms. Wood tutored our daughter in Advanced Honors Geometry. She was excellent. Our daughter’s grade immediately improved. Additionally, Ms. Wood went out of her way to provide additional homework and test prep support. We couldn’t have found a more competent and caring tutor.

Demet was amazing with my daughter. She gave her the confidence and skills and in just a couple of months her math SAT score improved from 700 to 790. We had tried other SAT prep courses but did not get the individual attention she needed to improve her score. We highly recommend her.
