That everyone can learn mathematics easily and solving a math problem literally is like playing a game, so I am so flexible to change methods of my teaching based on my studends background and learning skills.
My different approches to teach math makes it so enjoyable for me specially once students overcome thier difficulties and let me know that how they are enjoying their journey of learning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
getting more familiar with the students and their background, discovering the most challenging parts in their learning, collaborating with them, their teachers and parents in regard with their hardships in learning and their goals and then trying to support them emotionally to walk them through the process of learning and solving problems like encouraging them to practice step by step
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My master and Ph.D. degrees are in the mathematics education field.I have been a math teachers for 18 years in high schools and colleges overseas and have been in many workshops and seminars in regard to mathematical knowledges for teaching and learning and specialized content knowledge for teaching mathematics at the University of Michigan.

Yes, I do. But, I rather to discuss this with my students or their family right before the first class.
How did you get started teaching?
After I got my bachelor degree in mathematics I started teaching at highschools.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
a strong grasp of knowledge of different instructional strategies and content knowledge, math knowledge, specialized math knowledge for teaching math

Why having a totur? Why now? What is my role in learninng? What should I learn? Why is this important?
