About
A college student who attends the University of Michigan, pursuing a Computer Science degree. I have completed up to Calculus 4 and have tutored many middle-high schoolers in Algebra/Geoemetry/Basic Math. I strive to help students who are having difficulty with these areas to truly understand math and make math a subject they can enjoy.
I enjoy helping students who are having difficulty with math and guiding them to their own understanding. The feeling of seeing the reaction of a student who finally grasps a concept they've spent a lot of time and effort trying to understand is the most rewarding experiences I've ever had.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them what kind of work they are currently doing in their classes, and what topics they have covered. Any information regarding textbook/coursework is greatly helpful. I then ask my student to explain what problems they might need help with, and then I check to see what overarching topic I can discuss to help tailor a proper tutor session with my student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have graduated from highschool, havin taken all of the advanced/AP mathematics courses available to me Honors Algebra 1, 2, Geometry. AP Calculus AB and BC. I have also finished up to Calclulus 4 at the University of Michigan. I am currently pursuing a Computer Science Degree from the College of Engineering.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have a set price per session. Each session is roughly 45-60 minutes. I charge a flat rate and offer discounts to returning customers after 10 sessions. Prices are negotiable and I want to make sure my student is comfortable with what they are paying, likewise myself with what I'm being paid.
