What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Find out what the student is having problems with. In order to solve the problems, break the problem down into smaller parts, and solve each part step by step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD in math. I taught in graduate school, and have had to teach as part of my job ever since.
