Hello! My name is Britny, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in school. I currently work as a second-grade instructional aide, where I support students in reading, math, phonics, and social-emotional learning every day. This hands-on experience has taught me that every child learns differently, and I enjoy finding creative ways to help each student reach their full potential.

When you work with me, you can expect a patient, encouraging, and positive learning environment where it’s okay to make mistakes. I believe learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun while still helping students meet their goals. I break down difficult concepts into simple, manageable steps and celebrate every success along the way to build confidence.

I am working toward my Elementary Education degree and am passionate about helping young learners develop strong academic skills and a love of learning. Whether your child needs extra support, more challenging activities, or simply a confidence boost, I am committed to creating lessons that meet their individual needs.
