The high-level of wisdom taught in a practical manner that was understandable and appliable to everyday life. She took her time teaching by knowing when and HOW to listen and when and how to pour out and into. She excelled at the service that she provided in respect to giving what she said she would; content, time and space for response. She assured that there was understanding and, if not, she brought clarity so that I had an understanding. She was very supportive in anyway possible. From the beginning to end was a moment of learning, but to have someone who has the ability to excavate a root issue with enough force of Light to uncover it, yet gentle enough not to cause damage was very key for me. Prophet Shantae is someone that I trust period and that's important to me. No trust. No full progress. She followed up and offered additional supports. To have a person have the ability to pin-point things or have you see things and bring resolution or tools for resolution in a way that is not condemning or intimidating, but actually helpful was momumental. She helps you to help yourself with tools that you can use long after the sessions have ended. Working with a person and business founded on and that operates in integrity is important to me and she provided that. I highly recommend God Ideas.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Before scheduling a new student, I assess the needs of the student through formal questionnaire.  I review past academic record, and speak with their teacher (for those in K-12).

After we assess the problem areas, we create a plan around those areas and review based  on time contracted (weekly). All students are given organization skill building and test taking skills along with tutoring.

I have 15 years classroom experience and nine years private tutor experience. I am an award winning educator and academic coach. I served as a former tutor with Huntington Learning Center. I have taught in the public and private sector, both secular and religious environments, from wealthy to at- risk. I have yet to meet a student who did not rise to the expectation of improvement.
