About
We are formerly known as All 4 One Tutoring. We have been in business for over 11 years. Our team consists of dedicated tutors who are current teachers, retired teachers, and/or college graduates. Some have various certifications such as TESOL, elementary education, and special education. They have worked with, or are working with, school-age through college students. Our founder, Dr. Charice Hayes, has a wealth of experience in secondary and higher education.
Every client is unique to us. We conduct a diagnostic assessment and develop a personalized learning plan. Our research-based approach is an A-LIS approach (Assessment, Learning Plan, Instruction, Summative Assessment) If a client needs to just have a quick homework help drop in, we can support it.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our typical process for working with a client is applying our ALIS (Assessment Learning Plan, Instruction, Summative Assessment) model. Clients are match with one of our expert tutors. Realtionship building is the key.

Our Founder, Dr. Charice Hayes, has over 20 years of education experience in both the secondary and higher education setting. Our tutors are current or former teachers.
