About
I am passionate about reaching the student where they are in the learning process, understanding their gaps and helping them improve their understanding, resulting in increased confidence!
When I help a student grasp a new concept, I still get a thrill when I hear "that's so simple!", or "I can do that!".

We are incredibly grateful to have Mr. Roberts as our childrens’ tutor. From the very first session, he has an amazing ability to transform even the most mundane topics into captivating lessons. His creative strategies and real-world examples have sparked my childs curiosity and made learning not only enjoyable but also meaningful.
What truly sets Mr. Roberts apart is his patience and understanding. He takes the time to ensure my children fully grasp the material, which has significantly boosted their confidence and academic performance. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Roberts to any parent seeking an inspiring and dedicated tutor!

Excellent tutor. Easy to understand and shows great results. You can go from failing grade to passing grade. My son liked him and has helped him with math he couldn’t understand, but Mr Robert’s has assisted him, gave time and patience to help my son pass his quizzes and his class. He is clearly very experienced and shows results and not excuses.

This is the person you want as a tutor for your kid(s).
Bruce has worked with our two boys for several years on college-level math and IT/computer courses.
Both of them are high functioning in academics yet have special needs (ADHD or Aspergers) and Bruce has been the ideal tutor and coach/mentor. Hes a collaborator, educator, and collegial friend to them.
In addition to working with the student, he keeps parents apprised on how things are going and has been able to flag issues that help us support our kids.
Bruce has tutored on many high-level math topics (advanced calculus, derivative equations, linear algebra) and IT/computer courses including data systems, networking and cybersecurity.
Most impressively, when some of those classes had a humanities bent (ethics in cybersecurity), Bruce did an amazing job of helping our STEM kid get high marks in an area he might otherwise have gotten lost.
Hes able to teach the content if thats needed, coach when thats the better approach, and mentor on navigating the executive functioning part of being a student (what is due by when and how to navigate the assignments, projects, tests and homework).
Bruce is ideal in tutoring kids on both the content of courses and the logistics: deliverables, timelines, group project dynamics, test taking, and accountability.
Our kids have become more independent learners with his help, in addition to high grades and greater self esteem.
Theres no reason to look further when it comes to the perfect person to tutor in STEM, understand how to work with a kids head and heart, and help them develop their potential.
Im excited for you to get Bruce as your kids tutor.
