I hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, which I completed in just 2 years – half the usual time. I was also admitted to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Stanford, and am a gold medalist in the International Physics Olympiad and in the International Jr. Science Olympiad. I have also got perfect scores on three SAT Subject Tests (Math II, Physics, and Chemistry), as well as 2350 on the old SAT (officially equivalent to 1580 on the new one), 35 on the ACT, and 176 on the LSAT. I'd be happy to provide proof of any or all of that upon request.

I meet with students using Google Meet, and will share my screen as I utilize Microsoft OneNote to write, draw, graph, etc.
You do not need to have OneNote, however I HIGHLY recommend getting it. If you desire I will add you to a private notebook and you'll be able to refer to it later at any time. Using the smartphone version of the app you'll also be able to quickly take pictures of physical papers or textbooks so that we can both work with the same document live in the OneNote notebook. It's pretty cool.
Please visit www.OneNote.com and download it for your preferred platform. Mobile, desktop computer, tablet, or chromebook.

Mission: To help every eager student succeed in their classwork while truly understanding their material. This will be achieved through clear explanations, comprehensive and clear notes, practice questions (the most important way to learn) and myself being readily available whenever a student needs anything!

I have a couple years of past tutoring experience. I also currently assist middle school students in our special education department with mathematics. I enjoy helping students understand mathematics problems that they previously thought were out of their reach. I frequently ask students whether my explanation makes sense. If it does not, I come up with a new way to explain the topic that the student resonates with.

I am certified in all levels from middle school through high school. My passion for Math is only bested by my ability to break topics down for easier understanding. If you struggle with Math, you will find my style of teaching helpful, as I gear my technique toward individual student strengths and help build familiarity with breaking difficult questions down.
