My service stands out because I have experience working with kids, and I am a lawyer (retired), which I believe gives me the requisite skills required for tutoring (especially in reading, comprehension and writing.)
I love working with children of all ages. I enjoy their enthusiasm and interest in learning things, as well as their sense of adventure and fun.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First - To get to know them a bit. Find out what their interests are and what they like to do. This gives me a insight into their personality, and helps me to fashion a tutoring program suitable for them, and one that they (hopefully) will enjoy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology, which helps me to understand behavior. Also, I have a Juris Doctor degree, and lawyers possess the ability to read carefully and analitically, as well as having solid comprehension and writing skills.
