About
My services stand apart from others in that I deeply care about the success as well as the wellbeing of my students regularly. Every concern and victory that encompasses their learning are my challenge. It is with pleasure and dedication that I want to help them each step of the way in the assignments, in their motivation to succeed, in their attitude and completeness of their homework and in corresponding well with those involved in their work, meaning, cooperative learning partners, their teachers, parents and siblings. It is good, in my opinion, to have everyones take on advancing skills through collaboration and opnion. Helping out at home leads to better cooperation among siblings in learning and playing.
I like everything about my tutoring. My students interests and personalities then their learning styles come first. Their feedback is most welcome and I gently give them the positive feedback they need to grow in their weak areas. I like to teach many subjects which all involve reading and writing. I learn from my students as they learn from me too. I welcome ways to engage them better from parents and teachers, yet, I have done well with this consistently.
Having worked with students in grades K-6 then 6-8 to achieve closer to grade level and work on goals provided on their IEPs, I know that there involvment about learning more about the steps they need to take is very important.
My experience spans 20& years with tutoring. I have been teaching for almost nearly as long in the learning and resource centers. All of my work accounts for higher goals for myself. My lessons and planning are thorough along with the mini lessons I pinpoint along the way. I vary my strategies as I vary my work content, always focusing on the individual needs of each student.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I price according to the work you need, online tutoring or in person tutoring, the research and resources you need such as library or computer work, consultations needed with your school, etc. My fees range from $50 to $80.00 (for test prep/short term tutoring) a session for whatever you need and included are sibling discounts and multiple session discounts. It is a busy season so I try hard to accommodate each and every one of you without compromising my standards since I have experience tutoring and teaching also.
