About
I am an eighth year teacher serving the needs of students in English and Social Studies. I have experience working with grades 4-11, and focus particularly on scaffolded instruction for all learners. I believe in a personable, whole-student approach to education and use my experiences working in a diverse community to reach every student.
I enjoy working with students and seeing them shape their own future through education. I have primarily worked with 6-8th graders and watching them develop their ideaology and work ethic is the greatest gift one could ask for. It is not just a job for me. I consider this my genuine purpose.
