I am a ex carpenter who has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I have taught in the Union for 13 years and held various teaching jobs all my life. I am now a writer. I completed a book of short stories published it on line it did so well a publisher picked it up. My book continues to do well. I am working on my second book of short stories. I started tutoring Algebra over the phone when I was in junior high, and I kept tutoring math through high school. My first job after college was as a high school math teacher and learning center math tutor. I have since taught art and worked in education more broadly. I also am an education researcher and am writing about mathematical processes.
