Hi there! I'm a recent graduate (2014) from McGill University, where I majored in International Development, with a minor in Political Science. Through my education, I honed my skills in essay writing and careful editing. Further, I volunteered in a local highschool helping students with improving their essay writing skills. I have always had a passion for English literature, and feel a particular strength I have is in reading comprehension. I scored an 800 in reading comprehension on the SAT exam and I scored a 5 on the AP English Literature exam. I'd love to bring both my educational and professional background, as well as passion for reading and writing, to help you reach your full potential!

I like to have an initial discussion to assess what the student's needs are and what are the specific areas that could use the most improvement. From there, I guide the student on their project/essay/test preparation gradually, while always checking in to see if my method is truly helping and improving their understanding and skillset. I will always mold my tutoring method depending on the student and what works best for them.
I graduated Cambridge Rindge and Latin Highschool in 2010 and earned a 2270 on the SAT the same year. I also earned a 5 in the AP U.S History exam and a 5 in the AP English Literature exam. From these experiences, I understand the preparation it takes to do well on these college entrance exams. I graduate McGill University in 2014 with a major in International Development and minor in Political Science. I studied abroad at Glasgow University in 2012 and earned an award for outstanding essay writing in my Scottish Literature course.
I don't have a set pricing system, and would be happy to negotiate pricing that works for both parties.
