I'm a Masters student in Brooklyn studying Urban Planning at Pratt Institute, with a love of reading and learning. I'm excited to share this passion with students, and learn from each other! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have an initial discussion to assess what the student's needs are and what are the specific areas that could use the most improvement. From there, I guide the student on their project/essay/test preparation gradually, while always checking in to see if my method is truly helping and improving their understanding and skillset. I will always mold my tutoring method depending on the student and what works best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I don't have a set pricing system, and would be happy to negotiate pricing that works for both parties.
