I worked with Arno when I was taking general chemistry and organic chemistry in my first two years of college. He's clearly very passionate about the material and I appreciated how willing he was to adjust his teaching style to fit my needs as a student. Whenever I couldn't understand something, he would find creative new ways to explain the material and would connect it with my own personal interests whenever possible. He was a fun and helpful tutor to work with!
