Hello! My name is Heather. I spent 3 years teaching high school math, before taking on a role at a local nonprofit organization. After leaving the classroom, I found myself missing the experience of helping young people embrace the excitement of learning and understanding math, which lead me to tutoring! Before becoming a teacher I received a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Dayton. I am also a certified yoga instructor and social emotional learning facilitator. Outside of work I love reading, cooking, and hanging out with friends!
