About
With nearly 20 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages and abilities, GMA Tutoring is thorough, fast, respectful, and helpful. Students will come away with real tools they can use for life. I have a Bachelor's in English education and an educator's license in English grades 5-12.
I believe that a strong foundation in the English language will facilitate success in any other subject. I love writing, vocabulary, grammar, and literature. I enjoy sharing this enthusiasm with others and helping them to sharpen their skills.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will interview the student to determine what goals the student has and how I can best assist. Then I may administer a general assessment to determine where we need to start. We will negotiate session times and length, as well as an outline of goals and when we expect to achieve them.
