One of my greatest strengths as an educator is meeting each student’s unique needs by developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I am able to achieve this by seeing and assessing my students as individuals and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences. I currently am an instruction assistant at adams elementary school.. I work with essential skills for kids ranging from kindergarten to third grade. I assist with all subjects and help build structure and organization in their everyday routine. I have also had experience teaching my own classroom in Istanbul, Turkey at a private tutoring school for English as second language ranging from age six to about seventeen.
