As a first generation college student, an immigrant, and English as second language learner, I've dealt first hand with the difficulty of being foreign to academic courses/subjects most might find it easy. Through navigating such challenges on my own, I've established my own studying methods, different learning techniques which allowed me to blossom into an academic weapon with a 4.5 GPA, a valedictorian of my high school, President of 10 clubs, winning Presidential awards, founding my own organization to help immigrants voice their journeys, two times state champion for business competition in various levels, and collecting about 15-20 medals from numerous accomplishments. Yet, I am no stranger to failure, in fact, I love trial and error. With my uplifting attitude and open-mindedness, I've helped numerous college students raise their grades in high level, advanced courses. In addition, I have previously worked with students ranging from elementary to high schoolers at Kumon, EyeLevel learning center. I hope to be the best possible tutor I could be to help your child achieve their goal as well. Thank you.
