About
I have tutored since high school after taking a course through my school and am currently working on my Masters Degree at Northwestern University. I love teaching and learning. I understand that different students learn in different ways and an open to teaching things in multiple ways to accommodate. I love teaching elementary school children and up to college level English and editing. I do also teach math up until college level.
I love taking the time to get to know my students so that I can incorporate their interests in my lesson plans. Learning about what teaching style works best for a student is a process that I love being part of.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take time to consider the needs of the student and to learn about things that have worked in the past and what things have not. Then, we can figure out times that work for both of us. I am open to working in person or online. Rates and availability to be decided based on the needs of the student.
