About
I am a disciplined and versatile tutor that believes in using all forms of learning to help my student grasp, remember, and , if necessary, apply the concepts of biology, anatomy, physiology, and chemistry. In high school I completed a full International Baccalaureate program which included History, Biology, Mathematics, English, and Chemistry as the five core subjects. This May I graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in Health and Human Physiology. Because I am an auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learner depending on the subject being taught, I am comfortable and capable with tutoring a student in any of these learning forms. Overall, I want to help my student succeed in any way I can in the subject he or she is needing tutoring in.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Introduce myself.
2. Discover what subjects the student needs aid with.
3. Determine what the student's best/most natural way of learning is (e.g. kinesthetic, visual, auditory)
4. Make a study plan that focuses on the student's most natural way of learning.
5. Apply the study plan to the curriculum being taught in order to give the student more success with the subject.
