About
I have been tutoring students from elementary school to college students since 2016 and every time I see a job for tutoring in math, I would try to apply for the job because it shows how much that I do enjoy tutor other people and my willingness to help others. Other than tutor math, I like giving out life advice or suggestions to other or even listening to others about their problem.
I can tutor up to high school level math, some like precalculus, calculus, trigonometry does require me to jog my memory, but it can be possible for me to solve the problem.
I have numerous jobs & volunteers as a math tutor and, I have lots of free time on my hands. I can work/volunteer as a math tutor as long we make an agreement.
I like helping out people and getting to know them because everyone is interesting in their own way. I wish to help out the student the best I can and I can try to adjust my teaching to make them feel more comfortable. Not only the students learn, but I too also get to learn something from tutoring other people. It is a learning experience.
I admit that I'm not the best of everything, but I will not give up because I am not perfect. It doesn't mean I cannot try.
I like teaching anyone from young children to high school. Everyone is unique and different in anyway, and I like the diversity of teaching other people instead of a certain age.

I am currently studying mathematics (BS) at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
Honestly, because I'm about to graduate from college soon and I was thinking about what would I do after college because I would no longer continue my education (unless I feel like it). I thought to myself, "maybe I should try tutor for people and because I usually live far away from other people, online seems a better choice."

Elementary-High School students
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am currently working as a Student Assistance for Math at Honolulu Community College and I do enjoy my job helping out students with their math problems.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should think about the possibilities and the outcome of their actions and have a backup plan in case things doesn't work out for them.
