My name is Macey Mizuno, and I am deeply passionate about working with children. With extensive experience in K-12 tutoring, volunteering at local preschools, and serving as a swim instructor, I have refined my skills in fostering development in young minds.
My favorite thing about working with kids, is the opportunity to teach, connect with, and witness their growth! Drawing from my background as a double major in Psychology and Sociology, I approach teaching with the understanding that each child learns uniquely. Sometimes the biggest factor in a child's learning is their confidence. This self confidence can act as a catalyst for motivation that they CAN do it!
