Greetings,
I'm a Masters level tenured certified instructor who has been in education for 16 years. I've taught every grade level from Kindergarten to fifth. Passionate and optimistic educator who teaches scholars to become confident in themselves and competent in areas of challenge. I utilize positive reinforcement with a plethora of research based strategies and techniques which connect to the various multiple intelligences in which we all possess. This allows me to determine the best way a student learns and how to meet there needs.
My primary goal in tutoring is to focus on student achievement and successful productivity. Currently, I teach third grade all subjects in addition to tutoring on the side. I possess a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration on literacy and a ESOL endorsement. The formula and tactics I use to get my students to learn is hard work + dedication + repetition = success. This system seems to be very effective, especially since the results my students' experience have been nothing short of great.
