Vishual Tutoring
About
I have over 7 years of experience tutoring elementary through high school students in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and SAT Math. Rather than telling students to memorize dull facts, I help them understand the fundamental concepts and apply these ideas to more complicated problems. Whether I’m drawing on paper or cutting it up into shapes, I’ll match any student’s learning style!
Some of my qualifications include completeing GT Multivariable Calc with an A, AP Calculus Exam Score: 5, SAT Math Score: 800, SAT Physics Subject Test Score: 800.
I've always enjoyed helping others understand complex ideas and even changing their perspectives! I started peer tutoring in high school to get service hours for Beta Club, but I quickly found how passionate I was when I was able to help my first student change his attitude from "I hate math!" to "I think I kind of like this!" I've worked with students with different learning styles, so I'm always willing to change my approach until I see the "AHA!" moment.
