I am currently a 5th grade gifted math (AMP) and science teacher in Palm Beach County Florida. I have just recently completed my 37th year of teaching (35 in Palm Beach County Florida). Over the years I have taught all subjects but have specialized in math (4th-6th grade) for the last 12 years. I love to teach easy ways to learn how to do the (sometimes) difficult math. It brings me great joy to see a students' eyes light up when they finally understand how to work a problem that they struggled with only moments before. This is my 32nd year in teaching. I have taught all grades and levels. I currently teach at a local college. My speciality is in math, chemistry, physics and statistics.
