About
I think my service stands out because I seek to give my students a deep and fundamental understanding of the material at hand. Through doing this, there is no memorization needed because the concepts are very clear, especially when their real world applications are revealed. I am a strong believer in making learning an exciting thing, otherwise it is just memorizing information to get an A on the next exam. I am an engineering student who has made the Dean's List 3 semesters during engineering school and I think I stand out amongst my peers. Not only do I make good grades, but I really care about getting deeper with my coursework and not just regurgitating information to make a good grade on an exam. I think this is what separates a student from a scholar.
I really like engineering, it has always fascinated me, and I like the mathematics that allows us to solve these interesting problems that engineering imposes. I also like teaching because it is exciting to show my tips and tricks that makes a confusing concept seem very clear afterwards. There is nothing more rewarding then having a complete understanding of something that was abstract before.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first gain a basic understanding of the student's knowledge and what he/she would like to get out of the tutoring session. Some want to just understand the basic mechanics of the probems at hand, and some want to get a deeper understanding and perhaps a big picture explanation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a junior student studying mechanical engineering. I have a very solid understanding of calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra. I enjoy the material a lot to understand its benefits and its tools to solve problems in the real world. I routinely teach my fellow students to help them learn certain confusing topcis and enjoy doing so.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have not yet charged anyone online for my sessions, so I'm open to suggestions.
How did you get started teaching?
Teaching students around me in my courses. Not only did it help me get a better understanding to master the material, but I enjoy teaching too.
What types of students have you worked with?
Math students, engineering students, chemistry students, and business students
