About
I am a Civil Engineer with a passion for STEM, English, and arts. I began tutoring during my undergrad and helped other students in math and english. I've also held TA positions for Geotechnical Engineering courses. In total, I have tutored and worked as a TA for 4 years within Rhode Island.
I enjoy teaching others and working through their problems. I find joy in helping other succeed. I've helped students from different backgrounds and career choices and it's fascinating to see how people process and find solutions to the problems they work through.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start by reviewing their tests from a subject they are having difficulty with. I look over their work carefully and see where they have difficulty. Then, I create a study plan which is tailored to each student. I also work through problems with students step-by-step and give helpful feedback.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and working towards an M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering.
