What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We typically want our students to either 1) take a diagnostic practice test with us to set a baseline score, or 2) submit their previous scores as their baseline. Once we have a baseline score, we use that plus their planned test date and goal score to create a customized preparation plan for the student. Based on that plan and the student's profile, we pair them with an instructor who will work with them for the entire program.
