Hi families!!!

My name is Victoria Trautman, I’m based in Jacksonville, FL, and I specialize in personalized tutoring services that cater to the unique learning needs of each student. I have been working with students for about 6 years now! I have been a tutor for 2 years and worked in a professional childcare setting for 4 years! I would say my favorite part about my job is when the student comes to me saying they passed their test or they got a 100% on their quiz!

I always use positive reinforcement in my teachings. I believe that when a child/student isn’t doing well in a subject or class they tend to give up a lot faster. Well, I have come up with a system that involves positive reinforcement to help them feel more motivated to keep going instead of giving up immediately. Whether it's math, reading, writing, or special needs tutoring, my mission is to foster a supportive and encouraging environment where students can thrive.
